About the event
Double bassist Harmeet Kaur Virdee brings the musical visions of rising musicians Ru Ha (tenor sax), and Karl DeJong (drums). The three met in 2021 at a jazz workshop and it was their shared passion for music, and composition brought them closer, both as friends and bandmates. Their music features original compositions from each band member with influences from the jazz world. The unique compositional styles of each trio member come together to create a beautiful and unforgettable sonic story.
